1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sports Legend website and our construction services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

Sports Legend provides sports court construction, resurfacing, repair and maintenance services for tennis courts, basketball courts, netball courts, padel courts, multi-sport courts, cricket fields, athletics tracks and related facilities across South Africa.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided are preliminary and subject to change following a full site assessment. Final quotes will be provided in writing after a physical site inspection. Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each individual contract. Standard terms require a 50% deposit upon contract signing, with the balance due upon project completion. Alternative payment schedules may be negotiated on a project basis.

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on current site conditions, weather and material availability. Sports Legend shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, material supply chain disruptions, or municipal approval delays.

6. Warranties

All court surfaces come with a minimum 5-year workmanship warranty. Surface-specific warranties range from 8 to 15 years depending on the system selected. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, vandalism, or extreme weather events.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports Legend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software, is the property of Sports Legend and protected by South African and international copyright laws.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

10. Changes to Terms

Sports Legend reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
